Подход к уточнению сущности понятия «человеческий капитал»

Аннотация


Неоднозначностью терминологического аппарата в концепции человеческого капитала обусловливается дискуссионность в формировании научных гипотез в теории. Целью исследования стала разработка концептуального подхода к уточнению сущности категории «человеческий капитал» с учетом формулировок в современной литературе и исторических предпосылок формирования концепции. С использованием технологий контент-анализа структурированы такие понятия, как «капитал», «человеческий капитал» и «трудовой потенциал». На основании терминологического анализа выделены особенности формирования капитала и человеческого капитала в общественных отношениях. Путем сравнительного анализа обособлены отличительные характеристики понятий «трудовой потенциал» и «человеческий капитал». Сформулировано понятие человеческого капитала с учетом функционального назначения, социальных и исторических оснований формирования категории.
