Эволюция политики США в области нераспространения ядерного оружия (1945–1965)

Аннотация


К середине XX в. остро встала проблема распространения ядерного оружия. Ее решение в условиях холодной войны представлялось сложной задачей, требующей понимания и доверия между СССР и США. В США на протяжении двух десятилетий после окончания Второй мировой войны рассматривались различные идеи: ядерной монополии, сотрудничества в области мирного использования атомной энергии, многосторонних ядерных сил, но лишь к середине 1960-х гг. пришли к пониманию необходимости создания международного режима.
