Проблемы управления миграционными процессами в Европейском союзе

Аннотация


«Арабская весна» изменила миграционную повестку для ЕС в связи с увеличением потоков мигрантов и изменением их качественного состава. Европейский союз приступил к совершенствованию ранее принятых механизмов управления миграционными процессами и начал внедрение новых. В статье рассматривается развертывание пограничных и морских операций против нелегальной миграции, развитие сотрудничества с Турцией, балканскими странами с целью предотвращения незаконной миграции.
